Qualifications for a Return/Exchange

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for both unopened and opened products within 7 days of delivery.

• Unopened Products: Must be in original, unused condition with the packaging intact.
• Opened Products: We understand that sometimes a scent might not be the perfect match. Returns are accepted if at least 90% of the product remains.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Tester boxes
• Gift cards
• Damaged items due to misuse

How to initiate a return or Exchange?

• Please complete our simple Return & Exchange Request Form by clicking here.
• Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and respond within 48 business hours with the next steps.

Shipping Costs Refund

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was received.
• The item arrived damaged.

For these cases, we’ll provide a return shipping label at no additional cost.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

We apologize for the inconvenience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please fill out the Return & Exchange Request Form within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or return as quickly as possible.

Refund Details

• Full Refunds – Available for unopened items returned within the 7-day window.
• Partial Refunds – Issued for opened items if 90% of the product remains.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We’re happy to help you exchange your product for another. Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. Any difference in price will be applied if the new item costs more.
